The Bookshop Darwin offers a range of services to get books into your hands
- Mail orders
If you can’t make it to our store, contact us by email or phone. On receipt of payment for a red road bag we will be happy to arrange postage delivery. - Out of print books
Our access to an international database means we can source out-of-stock and second-hand books from all corners of the world. - Library, school and education supplies
We provide special offers and best prices for libraries, schools and educational institutions. Where possible, we can support end-of-year activities by providing a selection of books as prizes. - Gifts
Struggling to find the perfect present? Gift vouchers can be purchased in store or online for the value you choose. We also stock a small range of gifts, such as Lonely Plant travel products, beautiful full-colour gift books and coffee-table books, scented candles, jigsaw puzzles, board games and children’s toys and activity sets. - Laybys
If you find what you’re looking for but aren’t ready to purchase, we can put it aside for you. Laybys require a deposit of 20% and need to be collected within 60 days. - Special offers for book clubs

We make a special effort with our range of books on Aboriginal history and culture, local publications, biographies and special collections on the Northern Territory’s rich history, war histories and Australiana. You’ll also find travel books, cookbooks, finance and business guides, children’s books, classic novels, fiction and non-fiction and, above all, a wide range of best sellers.
